Founded in the heart of Rochester, Fluff & Stuff Pet Grooming is more than a grooming salon — we’re a team of animal lovers dedicated to compassionate, quality care. Whether it's a puppy’s first trim or a senior kitty's spa day, we provide personalized attention to every pet that walks (or is carried!) through our doors. Our mission is simple: to make grooming a stress-free, fun, and safe experience for pets and their people.

Lead Groomer
With over 10 years of grooming experience, Sam is known for his calming presence and expert cuts. He specializes in breed-specific styles and is passionate about working with nervous or rescue pets. When he’s not grooming, he volunteers at the local animal shelter and loves hiking with his lab, Moose.
Daniel T.
Feline Specialist
Daniel is our in-house cat whisperer. With a background in veterinary tech and a love for all things feline, he makes even the sassiest cats feel safe and soothed. He’s known for his gentle approach and perfect lion cuts. Fun fact: he has four cats of his own — all rescues!
Lily R.
Puppy Specialist & Spa Pro
Lily brings a fresh, fun energy to the Fluff & Stuff team. She’s amazing with first-time puppies and small breeds, and she’s the go-to groomer for pampering spa add-ons like blueberry facials and paw balms. Clients love her warm personality — and so do their dogs!

Puppy Cut (Under 6 Months)
Our Puppy Cut service is specially designed for young pets experiencing grooming for the first time. We take extra care to make it a positive, calm experience with soft trimming, gentle handling, and plenty of breaks. Puppies leave looking adorable and feeling more confident for future visits!
- Small/Medium (under 40 lbs): $50+
- Large (over 40 lbs): $60+
Includes extra cuddle time and a “My First Groom” photo!
Bath & Brush
Our Bath & Brush service is perfect for keeping your pet clean between full grooms. It includes a warm bath using gentle, pet-safe shampoos, a thorough blow dry, brushing to remove loose fur, nail trimming, and ear cleaning. It’s a great routine refresh that leaves your furry friend soft, shiny, and smelling fantastic.
- Small (under 25 lbs): $40+
- Medium (25–60 lbs): $50+
- Large (60+ lbs): $60+
Full Groom
For the full makeover experience, our Full Groom package includes everything from the Bath & Brush, plus a haircut tailored to your pet’s breed or your personal style preference. Whether you want a show-ready look or a cute and comfy trim, we’ll make sure your pet looks their best and feels even better.

Deshedding Treatment
Tired of fur everywhere? Our Deshedding Treatment targets your pet’s undercoat to dramatically reduce shedding. Using special tools and coat-safe products, we gently remove loose hair while promoting a healthy, shiny coat. Perfect for double-coated and seasonal shedders!
- Small: $20+
- Medium: $25+

Pawdicure
Healthy paws are happy paws! Our Pawdicure includes a nail trim and file to keep your pet walking comfortably and safely. Add our paw balm treatment for extra moisture and protection — especially helpful during cold Rochester winters and hot sidewalks in the summer.

Cat Grooming
We love our feline friends, and our Cat Grooming service is designed to meet their unique needs. From brush-outs to sanitary trims, nail clipping, and even lion cuts, our groomers work with patience and precision to keep cats comfortable, clean, and mat-free — without the stress.
